Residential series is not fit for purpose. After being moved 3 times, we got a room as advertised with a kitchen but it had no cutlery or crockery, kettle or toaster. We were told we needed a “kitchen pack” which when it arrived consisted of 4 plates, a few pots and pans, 2 knives, a few forks and not much else. The fridge freezer was not even cold. We moved the food to the freezer and after 2 days, not even the water was frozen. Then the freezer started blowing hot! The place is not really that clean and we couldn’t get a glass for the room. It feels it’s 100 year old heritage and not in a good way. The phone in the room is an ornament as never once did I manage to get hold of the concierge or housekeeping, it goes to voicemail! The staff are pleasant but not effective. It’s like there is no Management that cares. I will avoid this place if I ever return to Atlanta.

An amazing staff! service was outstanding and very accommodating. The manager Fojan is super nice and made my stay that much more memorable. Rooms are super clean pretty much comes with everything you need. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Yes, it’s an older building, but it more than makes up for It with its fabulous staff great basement bar super location and comfy beds. Very quiet and secure. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta appropriate for all ages.

Great Staff - Poor Management

I spent 54 days at The Georgian Terrace during medical treatment. The staff is cordial and polite. The lobby and public areas are historic and elegant. I booked a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen. These suites were originally apartments back in 1992. The first suite we occupied had the original appliances from 1992. The microwave still had the date of manufacture tag inside. The refrigerator failed on the second day of our stay causing medication to spoil. We had to have new meds shipped next day. After a week, we moved to another suite which had new appliances. The kitchen sink leaked - leaving water on the floor. It took 2 weeks for this to be repaired. There were large roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Before checking out, I emailed hotel manager Donel Fernandes to request a final bill. The hotel manager did not respond to emails or phone messages. Despite all the issues, I was actually charged for an extra night. GREAT STAFF - POOR MANAGEMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
